Volanty was a pioneering startup in the Brazilian automotive market that used technology, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to collect information about available car models and objectively price pre-owned vehicles.
CHALLENGES & SOLUTION
To improve the slow and unreliable car valuation process, Volanty developed an AI-powered pricing system that instantly calculates fair market values.
To build trust in online car sales, I helped design an intuitive and transparent experience for buyers and sellers, streamlining the entire purchasing journey.

I led the design and refinement of Volanty's two core products, ensuring an optimized user experience for both buyers and sellers. By addressing their distinct needs and behaviors, I helped create a seamless digital marketplace that facilitated thousands of successful car transactions.

As a Product | UI/UX Designer, I provided:
- User Research. Conducted in-person and remote user testing to refine product features.
- Platform Design & Development. Worked on structuring the platform's initial user flows and visual identity, helping define the first steps of the user experience.
- Rebranding and Custom Design System. Played a key role in the rebranding process, actively participating in the creation, application, and evolution of the new visual identity and digital experience in collaboration with Geometry and Tropikal.
- Quality Assurance (QA). Oversaw QA processes to ensure design fidelity, identifying and resolving inconsistencies between design specifications and final implementation.
