PSafe is a global leader in mobile security and performance applications. In 2018, its apps already amounted to more than 130 million downloads.
CHALLENGES & SOLUTIONS
PSafe faced the challenge of expanding into the U.S. market and transitioning to a subscription-based revenue model while maintaining its stronghold in mobile security and performance applications. To support this, I designed the company’s first iOS apps, ensuring a seamless user experience for a new audience.
Additionally, for dfndr battery, initial concepts focused on displaying battery statistics, but user testing revealed that users responded better to contextual insights on remaining battery time for activities like listening to music or watching videos. Implementing these changes significantly improved user retention.
IMPACT
My design contributions played a crucial role in PSafe’s successful entry into the U.S. market and the adoption of a subscription model. The new approach to battery life tracking in dfndr battery notably enhanced user engagement and retention rates.

As a Product | UI/UX Designer, I provided:
- User Research. Conducted interviews and usability testing, both remotely and on-site, to guide iterative design improvements.
